The Perfect Seal
Al-Sa'di: the surah has a perfect structure — positive attributes (أَحَد, الصَّمَد) then negative attributes (لَمْ يَلِدْ, لَمْ يُولَدْ) then final negation of any equal. Every possible comparison is eliminated one by one.

Al-Sa'di: the Quran's content is: who Allah is (tawhid) + what He commands (ahkam) + His stories (qasas). This surah covers tawhid completely in four verses. Reading it three times covers the Quran's primary theme in full.
